La Justicia desestimó la denuncia del Defensor del Pueblo contra Alejandro Carbone por supuestas amenazas
En agosto del 2021, el Defensor del Pueblo de Presidente Perón denunció al Secretario de Seguridad del Municipio por supuestas “amenazas” en un altercado que tuvieron en la oficina de la Defensoría. En las últimas horas, trascendió que el Poder Judicial desestimó esta acusación por no hallarse en lo denunciado ninguna figura tipificada en el CP que implique la comisión de un delito.
Según constaba en el expediente 06-02-2436-21-00 (que quedó a cargo de la UFI 8 – Cañuelas), la caratula de la denuncia era “Amenazas, Coacción” (Art. 149 bis. del CP), siendo el denunciante Adolfo Muhamed, contra Alejandro Carbone.
En ese momento, y tras un contacto con este medio, el funcionario municipal a cargo de la cartera de seguridad había manifestado estar muy tranquilo, que dejaría que la Justicia determine si “una discusión entre profesionales podía conllevar un delito”.
Para el Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, y según consta en el expediente que desestima esta denuncia ya que las palabras utilizadas por Carbone no constituyen un delito ni una amenaza en si. Según el Código Penal, el delito de “Amenazas”, tipificado en el Art. 149 bis prevé una pena de prisión o reclusión de seis (6) meses a dos (2) años el que hiciere uso de amenazas para alarmar o amedrentar a una o más personas.
Las rivalidades entre ambos funcionarios son públicas, ya que el actual Defensor del Pueblo se desempeño en la gestion de Aníbal Regueiro como Secretario de Seguridad, cargo que ocupa actualmente el funcionario canterista Alejandro Carbone. Este último, no solo critica la gestión anterior en materia de seguridad pública, sino que también, en contacto con este medio, lanzó acusaciones a su antecesor de “haber utilizado la oficina como un call center para operaciones contra opositores”.

معرفی تست استعدادیابی اوکانر

پرداختیم. اکنون می خواهیم تست اوکانر را به شما معرفی کنیم.
اوکانر را باید از پیش گامان استعدادیابی علمی
امروزی نامید.
جانسون اوکانر که در رشته فلسفه از دانشگاه هاوارد فارغ التحصیل شده بود در
سال 1922 مسئولیت پروژه آزمون استعدادیابی یا تشخیص استعداد کارکنان در جنرال الکتریک را بر عهده گرفت.
آن زمان این پروژه با عنوان مهندسی انسانی نامگذاری شده بود و در
توصیف آن گفته میشد که قرار است هر
کس، در شغلی مشغول کار شود که توانمندی بیشتری برای آن
